Since April 18, continuous heavy rainfall in many places in Guangdong has caused excessive floods, mudslides and other geological disasters in Beijiang and other rivers, and waterlogging in some cities and towns. Shaoguan and other places suffered power outages, floods and damaged roads, and some areas were unable to use communications normally.
On the evening of April 20, Xinuo Wheat Field and Corbett rushed to Shaoguan to provide emergency communication support for the disaster area. That night, the team members quickly assembled, carrying a number of large and medium-sized UAVs, AD hoc ground communication equipment, rescue equipment, three-dimensional modeling equipment and emergency tasks, traveling night and night, overcoming difficulties such as heavy rain and road damage, and going deep into the disaster area to provide emergency communication support for the affected areas.
