On April 3, in order to implement the instructions and instructions of the leaders of the Shenzhen Municipal Committee and Government on the application of drones in fire fighting and rescue of super high-rise buildings, MYUAV company cooperated with Shenzhen Emergency Committee Office (Municipal Emergency Management Bureau), municipal fire rescue detachment, and Municipal Security Institute to carry out practical application test of super high-rise building fire fighting UAV in Qingshui River special fire rescue Station in Luohu District and achieved complete success.
This test focuses on the two major demand scenarios of rapid on-site fire control in the early stage of high-rise building fires and the establishment of airspace fire control positions. The test scenarios focus on the loading and unloading of UAV equipment, the laying of UAV hose, the maximum operating height and the maximum operating height jet performance, etc. The actual performance of MYUAV tethered UAV high altitude fire extinguishing solution in super high-rise building fire fighting preparation, preparation, operation, supply and other stages was tested respectively.
In the test preparation stage, MYUAV staff drove the integrated fire protection vehicle into the booked location, and completed the hose laying, pre-flight inspection and equipment deployment in 3 minutes and 08 seconds. At the same time, the air-ground transmission link was built by using wired fiber communication and wireless communication, providing a large broadband and highly reliable transmission channel for the fire test area and the command center. The real-time transmission of high-definition video on the fire extinguishing test site was ensured, and the linkage coordination of the command center was effectively improved.
The integrated fire protection vehicle independently developed by MYUAV is equipped with advanced CAFS system, adopts a unique hybrid structure, and has a long storage time of fire extinguishing agent. Driven by compressed air, it can quickly cover the surface of combustion materials, improve fire extinguishing efficiency, and save the amount of fire extinguishing agent. Especially suitable for "early, small" to achieve early control and extinguish high-rise building fire.
In the operation stage, the test fire extinguishing height was 100 meters, the site wind was strong and accompanied by light rain, and the TS-X12 tewed UAV mounted special spray device quickly lifted off to the test position with the water belt, and then completed the continuous spray fire extinguishing operation test for 2 minutes and 50 seconds, and the water pressure was 0.93MPA. The mixed liquid flow rate is 133L/min (equivalent CAF flow rate is 800/min), the horizontal injection distance is 26 meters, the injection path is good, and the flight attitude is stable.
The tethered power supply system equipped with the integrated fire support vehicle can provide the TS-X12 tethered UAV with an ultra-long endurance of more than 12 hours, ensuring that the TS-X12 tethered UAV can carry a large weight load and hover in the air for a long time, meeting the demand for uninterrupted fire fighting in the designated area, without frequent takeoff and landing, in order to play a greater role in the fire fighting scene against time.
This test has fully verified the application value of MYUAV attached UAV aerial fire extinguishing solution in high-rise building emergency treatment, which not only greatly improves the response speed and fire extinguishing efficiency, but also the effective fire extinguishing height of up to 150 meters. At the same time, the high-altitude fire extinguishing solution also supports the ground personnel to monitor the fire situation in real time through the high-definition camera and thermal imaging temperature measurement carried by the drone, and through its mounted window breaking equipment to achieve high-altitude window breaking fire.
