1. Q:Can your factory support customization of unmanned aerial vehicle tethered fire buckets?


A:In terms of customized services, we can also adjust according to the special needs of our customers. For example, some customers' drones have limited load-bearing capacity and require lighter buckets; Some customers are facing special scenarios (such as extinguishing fires in oil depots) and require buckets with stronger anti-corrosion and anti-static properties; Some customers also hope to add liquid level monitoring, remote control and other functions to the bucket. In response to these requirements, our technical team will first understand the specific usage scenarios and drone parameters, and then develop customized solutions. 2. Q:What are the payment methods and logistics transportation options for overseas customers when making purchases? Can we ensure the safety of the goods?


A:In overseas procurement, payment security and goods transportation are one of the most concerned issues for customers. We also reduce customers' procurement risks through flexible cooperation methods and comprehensive security measures. ​


In terms of payment methods, we will provide multiple options based on the customer's cooperation situation and order size. For first-time clients, in order to establish trust, payment can be made through a letter of credit (L/C) with third-party bank guarantee. Customers only need to confirm the accuracy of the documents before making payment to ensure the safety of funds; If you are a long-term cooperative old customer, you can choose wire transfer (T/T), which is divided into two payments: advance payment and final payment, to reduce the pressure of one-time payment; For small batch sample procurement, convenient payment methods such as PayPal are also supported to meet the needs of different customers. In the past, when working with clients from different regions, we adjusted our payment methods based on local payment habits and trade rules to ensure that both parties could cooperate with peace of mind.

 

In terms of cargo security, we can purchase transportation insurance for each batch of goods to cover potential risks such as loss and damage during transportation. If there is a problem with the goods during transportation, the insurance company will compensate according to the agreement, and we will also assist the customer in handling related matters, such as reissuing the goods or negotiating a solution. Previously, a batch of goods bound for Southeast Asia suffered partial packaging damage due to special weather conditions during transportation. Upon receiving feedback, we immediately arranged for reshipment and assisted the customer in applying for compensation from the insurance company. The problem was successfully resolved without affecting the customer's usage plan.


In addition, from order confirmation to delivery of goods, we will synchronize the progress with customers in real time, such as informing them of the delivery time after production is completed, providing the logistics tracking number after the goods are shipped, making it convenient for customers to check the transportation status, and allowing customers to keep track of the procurement progress throughout the process without worrying about missing or delayed goods.
